Outmigrant Trap

In 2007, ODFW operated a fish trap at the Diamond Lake outlet to monitor outmigration of stocked trout and other aquatic life. This operation found very little outmigration in the trout population, zero tui chub, and an amazing number of dragonfly nymphs and similar benthic invertebrates.
