SALEM, Ore. – The Oregon Conservation and Recreation Advisory Committee will meet in-person and remotely (hybrid format) on November 29, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at ODFW headquarters in Salem.

The Committee plans to discuss past and current granting processes, the upcoming legislative session, and will spend time prioritizing conservation and recreation projects for the next biennium. This will be the first in-person/hybrid meeting for the OCRF Advisory Committee since its inception in 2019. During the COVID-19 pandemic, meetings were held virtually.
The Oregon Conservation and Recreation Fund (OCRF) is a public-private partnership that supports projects to implement the Oregon Conservation Strategy and connect people with the outdoors. The Advisory Committee provides recommendations on expenditures from the OCRF to the Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission. More information on the OCRF can be found at OregonIsAlive.org.
