Logon Contact Person
Thank you again for working with us through implementation of the electronic licensing system (ELS) project. At this time, we are reaching out to Agents to obtain information that will enable log-on to the system for all personnel from your company. There are two primary levels of access:
- Retail License Agent Manager: This will enable access to reports and other information that can be utilized to verify sales amounts recorded in the system as well as agent fees. This will also allow creation of other users at the agent location.
- Retail License Agent Clerk: This level of access is designed for your cashiers and enables them to look up customers and make sales through the system.
Please provide the following information no later than Tuesday 11/20/18 at noon:
A name, phone number and email address for the person responsible for setup of users at each of your retail locations (point person). We will email a temporary login to the point person, along with instructions. As indicated earlier, ODFW does not have any further agent testing planned; but, a training video will be available the week of 11/26/18, or earlier on the agent website at https://dfw.state.or.us/resources/licenses_regs/agents.asp . Additionally, a webinar type training/Q&A will be presented for owners and managers on 11/27 and 11/28. Watch your email for further details in the next week.
