ODFW Stamp Art Competitions

Each year, ODFW holds the Habitat Conservation Stamp, Upland Game Bird Stamp, and Waterfowl Stamp art contests. Winning artwork is used to produce collector stamps and other promotional items with sale proceeds benefitting Oregon’s native fish and wildlife and their habitats. Artists can enter one or all three contests.

2027 Contest Rules (pdfs)

Entries for the 2027 stamp contests will be accepted between August 28 and 5 p.m. on September 25, 2026 at the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife Headquarters, 4034 Fairview Industrial Drive SE, Salem, OR 97302. Please see contest rules for more information.
