Cancellations received two weeks (14 days) prior to any workshop will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than two weeks prior to a workshop. You may however, send a substitute participant in your place.
All cancellations must be in writing. You can fax cancellations to 503-947-6009 or e-mail them to: Janice.B.Bellis@coho2.dfw.state.or.us. In your written cancellation, please state which workshop you will not be attending, your name, and a phone number in case we have questions. If you intend to send a substitute participant in your place, please give us their name and phone number/e-mail so that we can send them the required paperwork.
These programs are funded by the Federal Aid in Wildlife Restoration Act (Pittman-Robertson) and the Federal Aid in Sport Fish Restoration Act (Wallop-Breaux).
